Ravi Saligram is Executive Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK International and Chief Globalization Officer. Saligram was elected as an executive officer of ARAMARK Corporation in November 2004.

Saligram joined ARAMARK as International President in July 2003. In this role, Saligram is responsible for working with the leadership team to accelerate the sharing of best practices, people, and capabilities across all operations.

ARAMARK serves clients in 22 countries and ranks among the top three food services providers in many of the countries in which it has operations. Saligram is responsible for operations of nearly 100,000 employees and operations that serve millions of customers on four continents every day.

Saligram brings a range of international experience and a strong background in consumer services to ARAMARK.  Prior to joining ARAMARK, Saligram served as President of Brands & Franchise, North America for the InterContinental Hotels Group, a leading global hospitality company with over 3,300 hotels in nearly 100 countries.  Prior positions at InterContinental Hotels Group included Chief Marketing Officer & Managing Director, Global Strategy, President, International and President, Asia Pacific.

Earlier in his career, Saligram held various general and brand management positions with SC Johnson Wax in the United States and overseas.  He started his career in advertising with Leo Burnett Company based in Chicago.

Saligram is a board member of Church & Dwight (the leading U.S. producer of sodium bicarbonate and owner of the ARM & HAMMER brand).  He is a board member and vice chairman of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, is on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the College of Arts & Sciences of New York University, and is on the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Eisenhower Fellowships, a prestigious network of world leaders.

Saligram earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University in India and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.  He was born in India, is a naturalized U.S. Citizen and has lived in five countries.
