Lynn B. McKee
Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Communications
Lynn McKee is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for ARAMARK, a position she has held since 2004. She is responsible for all HR issues affecting the 250,000 employees at ARAMARK, including compensation, benefits, talent management and labor and employee relations. She has Board level responsibilities and is also the point person for all matters related to ARAMARK’s Executive Leadership Council, the company’s top 250 executives.
Since joining ARAMARK in 1980, McKee has served in a number of key positions of increasing responsibility, and has made significant contributions to ARAMARK. She rose through the company’s HR ranks by holding various positions in the operating divisions and at the corporate level including Director of Employee Relations, Vice President Executive Development and Compensation and Senior Vice President Human Resources, ARAMARK Global Food, Hospitality and Facility Services.
McKee is a member of the Human Resources Roundtable Group and the Conference Board’s Advisory Council of Human Resources Management. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Saint Joseph’s University. In 2010, McKee was appointed by Philadelphia’s Mayor Michael Nutter to the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board.
McKee earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.
