Eric J. Foss
President and Chief Executive Officer
Eric Foss is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aramark, a $14 billion leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services. The company has 270,000 employees serving customers and clients in 22 countries around the world.
Before joining the company, Foss served as Chairman and CEO of Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), having been named CEO and elected to the PBG Board of Directors in 2006 and elevated to PBG’s Chairman in 2008. He helped take PBG public in 1999 when it was spun-off from PepsiCo.
While leading PBG and throughout his more than 30 year career with Pepsi, Foss established a consistent record of executing integrated strategies, achieving profitable growth and meeting or exceeding financial commitments. He honed deep operational expertise and implemented substantial productivity improvements, and is recognized as a proven brand builder with a strong customer/consumer and 'frontline first' mindset who thrives in a competitive environment.
When PepsiCo acquired PBG in 2010, Foss agreed to manage integrating the business within the corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverages Company. In addition to the leadership roles previously noted, he served as PBG’s Chief Operating Officer and President of North America. Foss joined PepsiCo in 1982.
Foss serves on the Board of Directors of Aramark, Cigna and UDR, Inc.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University.
