Client Awards

• ARAMARK, along with its client Hutchinson Technology, received the Minnesota WasteWise award for achievement and leadership in conservation initiatives. Through its partnership with ARAMARK, Hutchinson has achieved its goal of becoming a zero-waste-to-landfill facility. Hutchinson has recycled, reused or reclaimed more than 8,000 tons of hazardous waste and more than 80 tons of industrial waste since 2002.
• Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, was recently voted the "Most Vegetarian-Friendly Ballpark in North America" by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). ARAMARK provides a full range of concessions and premium dining services at the ballpark.
• Baylor University was awarded a 2007 Innovation Award from the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) for successfully reducing costs, increasing revenues or improving productivity in response to a campus need.  ARAMARK Higher Education helped Baylor University negotiate a complex, ground-breaking power deal that will save more than $2 million annually on electricity for the 735-acre campus, or $20 million over 10 years.
• ARAMARK programs and accounts have been recognized in the 2007 Food Management magazine Best Onsite Concepts Awards. The Best Management Company Concept award went to ARAMARK Innovative Dining Solution's Merchology, the Art and Science of Food Presentation; The Best Convenience Retailing Concept award went to ARAMARK Higher Education and Innovative Dining Solution's Cash Wrap Impulse Program; The Best Special Event award went to ARAMARK Education K-12 for the School District of Philadelphia's Breakfast Commercial Concept; The Best New Facility (2) award went to the University of Cincinnati Center Court Dining Hall and University of Southern Mississippi Powerhouse Restaurant, which are both ARAMARK accounts. 
• For the fifth consecutive year, select ARAMARK Harrison Lodging (AHL) properties have been awarded Successful Meetings' 2007 Pinnacle Awards, the mark of excellence for conference centers in North America. This year’s five AHL award recipient properties include: Babson Executive Conference Center; Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center at Washington University in St. Louis; National Conference Center; and R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center; and Harrison Conference Center at Lake Bluff.
• Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, was honored for having the “Best Ballpark Eats” by the Food Network, at its first annual “Food Network Awards.” ARAMARK partners with the Phillies to provide a full range of concessions and premium dining services to enhance the fan experience.
• ARAMARK was named a top uniform services provider in Food Processing magazine's 2007 Readers' Choice Awards 

2006

• Seasons, the executive dining division of Campbell Catering/ARAMARK Ireland won Best Catering Supplier of the Year Award at the 2006 Hospitality Ireland Conference and Awards Ceremony.  The annual awards recognize venues and suppliers across the hospitality sector whose services have been outstanding.  Hospitality Ireland is a widely distributed monthly publication dedicated to all sectors of the hospitality industry.
• Babson Executive Conference Center, managed by ARAMARK Harrison Lodging, has earned a Pinnacle Award for 2006, the mark of excellence for conference centers in North America.  Now in its 22nd year, the Pinnacle Award winners are chosen by the readers of Successful Meetings magazine. The Babson Executive Conference Center (BECC) is home to Babson Executive Education (BEE).
• ARAMARK Germany has received the 2006 Frankfurter Prize, one of the highest honors in the German food service industry. The award, which is presented by Germany’s leading food services trade journal (gv-praxis), recognizes companies and individuals whose excellence is influencing the entire profession. Burkart Schmid, Chief Editor of gv-praxis, praised ARAMARK as an industry trendsetter that is driven by innovative ideas and a strong focus on clients and customers. Schmid highlighted ARAMARK Germany’s award-winning dining concepts -- Cretan Cuisine and Food & Emotion -- as well as its latest innovation, Smart Dine.
• ARAMARK's Lubbock School District U.B.U Lounge was awarded the "Best Kids' Menu in America" as recognized by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine.  
• ARAMARK was named by the public and meeting planners in the Chicagoland area as "Best On-Site Caterer" as announced in Illinois Meetings and Events magazine. 
• ARAMARK's Ram’s Head Market at University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill received the Best Product Mix award for the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) 2006 Best in the Business: “Campus C-Store”.
• Editors at Food Management magazine recognized ARAMARK as one of their 2006 Onsite Concepts award winners. ARAMARK’s new beverage alternative, AguaFresca, was selected for the Best Corporate Concept Award.  AguaFresca combines the growing interest in healthfulness in a product that infuses filtered water with spices and the essence of seasonal fruits.  The editors chose the award winners on scale, available resources, operational requirements, and inherent challenges.
• ARAMARK was among the leading companies recognized in TFM magazine's 2005 Readers Choice Awards. For this honor, TFM conducted a nationwide survey of facilities management decision makers for their preferred companies based on excellence in aesthetics, reliability, value, and customer service. ARAMARK was among the top providers in the Outsourced Services category.
• ARAMARK received a Gold Award from the Space Technology sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Northrop Grumman annually recognizes the top providers among its suppliers and subcontractors that consistently demonstrate excellence in product quality, delivery predictability, competitive pricing and other value-added services.
• ARAMARK was named a top uniform services provider in Food Processing magazine's 2006 Readers' Choice Awards
• In recognition of outstanding achievement through training and development, Campbell Catering/ARAMARK Ireland won the National Training Award, the UK's number one accolade for businesses, organizations and individuals who have achieved lasting excellence and success through training and learning.
• University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Ram's Head/End Zone/RR Market, a dining component managed by ARAMARK, was recognized by Food Management magazine as a Best Concept award winner.

• Eight ARAMARK Harrison Lodging properties received a 2005 Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings magazine. Winners of the Pinnacle Awards are recognized for overall conference center excellence and are selected by readers of Successful Meetings magazine.
• In the Annual Catalog Age Awards, WearGuard-Crest received the Gold Award in the Business Catalog Category for its 2004 Fall Outerwear Buyer's Guide. Galls also won the Gold Award in the Business Specialty Products Category for its 2004 Summer Law Enforcement catalog.
• The American Dietetic Association honored the ARAMARK Healthcare Management Services Clinical Nutrition Team at Baylor University Medical Center with the 2005 Clinical Nutrition Management (CNM) Excellence in Clinical Nutrition Practice Team Award. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding practices by an entire clinical nutrition department.
• Sears Roebuck and Co. named ARAMARK one of its Partners in Progress for 2004, recognizing it as a key supplier that plays a critical role in the achievement of Sears’ business goals.
• ARAMARK offshore operations in the North Sea received top honors in the 2005 Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents Awards, which recognize the promotion of health and safety at work.
• ARAMARK UK received the Scottish Healthy Choices Award for the healthy menu options it offers to customers at ExxonMobil in Aberdeen. ARAMARK also provides food and hospitality services to ExxonMobil in London, Leatherhead and in the North Sea, as well as in several locations throughout the United States.
• The District Market, ARAMARK’s customized grocery store at George Washington University, features a wide range of products including organic produce, kosher foods and sushi. It received the Best Convenience Retailing Operation award from Food Management magazine.

• Crest, a division of ARAMARK, received an Image of the Year award from the Career Apparel Institute, a division of the National Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors (NAUMD), for its design of uniforms for El Pollo Loco Restaurant.
• ARAMARK Uniform Services received the Supplier Outstanding Quality Achievement Award, 2003 from Saturn Corp. for customer service excellence.
• In April 2004, ARAMARK received a Sears “2003 Partner in Progress” award, marking the ninth time ARAMARK was honored with this award.
• DaimlerChrysler recognized ARAMARK Mexico as a supplier that delivered outstanding performance in 2003. Every year, DaimlerChrysler conducts a special "Gold Awards" event to recognize its best suppliers.
• ARAMARK has a long and proud heritage of service at the Summer and Winter Olympic Games throughout the world. The 2004 Summer Games in Athens, Greece, marks the 13th time since 1968 ARAMARK has had the honor to serve the Games’ athletes, coaches, officials, and other participants.

Employee Awards

2007

• ARAMARK is one of Germany’s “Top Employers of 2007,” according to a study published in a German careers magazine ("karriere.") Researchers evaluated hundreds of companies on criteria ranging from market position to employee satisfaction, then conducted detailed studies of the honorees, including in-depth interviews by independent journalists. Only 85 companies qualified for this distinction.
• For the third consecutive year, Selling Power magazine ranked ARAMARK as one of the "50 Best Companies to Sell For." The corporate research team at Selling Power identifies and ranks the best companies to sell for among the largest sales forces in the United States.
• ARAMARK ranked among Top 100 "Best Places to Launch a Career" by BusinessWeek magazine.
• ARAMARK has been ranked as one of the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in IT" by ComputerWorld magazine. This outstanding achievement is based on the strategic use of technology to support business operations, general company practices and perhaps most significantly, anonymous feedback from employees in the Information Technology department.
• ARAMARK, a world leader in professional services, has been recognized as one of the “40 Best Companies for Diversity” by Black Enterprise magazine, one of the nation’s leading business publications.  ARAMARK was further recognized in the top 15 companies for workforce diversity and in the top 15 companies for supplier diversity.  This is the third consecutive year ARAMARK has been named to the list.
• ARAMARK was listed in the 2007 Top 100 Employers Ranking by The Black Collegian magazine.
• Jason Finger, president of SeamlessWeb, was named to Crain's New York Business' "40 Under 40" list.  The list recognizes the finest young professionals of the New York business community.

2006

• Selling Power magazine ranked ARAMARK as one of the "50 Best Companies to Sell For." The corporate research team at Selling Power identifies and ranks the best companies to sell for among the largest sales forces in the U.S.
• Ravi K. Saligram, Senior Vice President of ARAMARK Corporation and President of ARAMARK International, has been named to the Board of Trustees for the Eisenhower Fellowships, a prestigious network of world leaders. The Board of Trustees governs the Fellowships and is chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State, Colin Powell.
• ARAMARK was named one of the Top 30 Companies for Minorities by the Diversity Network.  This recognition as a “Diversity Leader” is based on the company’s significant racial and ethnic diversity among employees, across organization functions and hierarchy, as well as diversity strategies beyond recruitment and retention.
• Dennis Glenn, Vice President of Minority Business Development, ARAMARK , has been named among the 100 Men Impacting Supplier Diversity by Minority Business News USA magazine. This is the third time that Dennis has received this recognition. 
• ARAMARK received the Silver Star Award from the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council (NY/NJ MSDC).  ARAMARK was nominated as a prime supplier that has demonstrated excellent support of New York Life's diversity efforts.
• ARAMARK was named among the 40 Best Companies for Diversity by Black Enterprise magazine, one of the nation’s leading business publications.  ARAMARK was further recognized in the top 10 companies for workforce diversity
• ARAMARK was selected as a Top Diversity Employer for 2006 by The Black Collegian magazine.

2005

• ARAMARK is among the Top 40 Companies for Hispanics as selected by Hispanic Business magazine in 2005.
• ARAMARK was selected as a Top Diversity Employer for 2005 by The Black Collegian magazine.
• ARAMARK was named one of the Top 500 Entry Level Employers for 2005 by CollegeGrad.com.
• ARAMARK was recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the Top 50 Companies for Minorities in 2005. Companies were selected based on criteria such as compensation, managerial diversity, board of director composition, workforce composition, and CEO commitment to diversity.
• ARAMARK was named one of the best companies for diversity by Black Enterprise magazine, one of the nation’s leading business publications.
• ARAMARK received the 2005 Silver Diversity Award, sponsored by the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, Inc. (GVFHRA), a regional chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
• ARAMARK received the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. The award honors organizations that demonstrate a commitment to employees’ psychological health and well-being.
• ARAMARK was honored as “Employer of the Year” by Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. Each year, this award is given to a business that has encouraged the full integration of people with disabilities into the workforce and into the social activities of the company.
• David McVey, ARAMARK UK Catering Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, received the Andy Turner Chef of the Year Award. This award is judged annually by members of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the leading chefs’ association in the UK.
• Dennis Maple, Executive Vice President, ARAMARK Education, Facilities Services, was recognized by Black Enterprise magazine on its list of 75 Most Powerful Blacks in Corporate America for 2005.
• Doug Martinides, Vice President of ARAMARK Innovative Dining Solutions, was selected as a member of the newly formed Nation’s Restaurant News Health and Nutrition Advisory Board.
• David McVey, ARAMARK UK Catering Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, received the Andy Turner Chef of the Year Award. This award is judged annually by members of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the leading chefs’ association in the UK.

• Jennifer Tracy, Director of Staffing and College Relations, received a Founders Award from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund. The award was given in recognition of her efforts to support and coordinate activities for the Fund’s Leadership Institute, an annual career-preparation conference for students at public Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country.
• The ARAMARK team at Virginia Commonwealth University was presented with a 2004 All Star New Freedom Initiative Award by the Richmond Human Resources Management Association and the Virginia Business Leaders Network for actively recruiting and hiring disabled workers.
• Goodwill of Western Connecticut chose the ARAMARK team at Cendant Corporation in Danbury, Connecticut, as Employer of the Year. ARAMARK was recognized for providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop their skills in the workforce.
• David Kahn, Vice President of Human Resources, ARAMARK Business Services, was named one of five top “Motivators of the Year” at the Elliot Group's 19th Annual Leadership Conference in New York in Spring 2004. The invitation-only event consisted of over 200 HR professionals from a cross-section of the foodservice industry.
• The Indian and Northern Affairs Canada/Aboriginal Workforce Participation Initiative awarded Travers Food Service, a division of ARAMARK Canada, its Aboriginal Relations Best Practice Award of Distinction. Travers, which manages remote industrial camp and catering services, actively seeks Aboriginal employees who want to become chefs, camp managers and supervisors. In 2003, over 45 percent of Travers’ workforce was Aboriginal.
• ARAMARK was named one of the Top Diversity Employers of 2003 by Black Collegian magazine.
• Matt Burton, Senior Culinary Development Chef, ARAMARK Culinary Solutions, recently became only the 51st Certified Research Chef in the United States, as designated by the Research Chefs Association. Burton, based in Philadelphia, is also a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Hospitality Educator, placing him in a select group of chefs holding triple culinary certification.
• ARAMARK at the Pyramid Arena in Memphis received the "Employment Partner of the Year" award from the Clovernook Center for the blind and visually impaired on April 30, 2004. ARAMARK Executive Chef Dan Baird accepted the award along with a "Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition" at a banquet ceremony, acknowledging Chef Baird’s tutelage of Lonnie Williams, a student from Clovernook’s vocational training program who suffers from retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative visual condition.

Community Awards

2007

• The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded ARAMARK Higher Education the 2007 WasteWise Endorser of the Year Award for support of WasteWise’s RecycleMania program, a national competition challenging colleges and universities to collect recyclables and raise awareness of environmental and conservation issues.
• ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) has been recognized for the third consecutive year by the Missouri Water Environment Association (MWEA) for complete pretreatment compliance.  The Gold Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Compliance Award is presented to companies who comply with all wastewater discharge and reporting requirements, have an industrial wastewater treatment facility or pollution program, and must be in good relations with the nominating city or sewer district.

2006

• In a continued effort to support community environmental initiatives, ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) was presented with the “Pretreatment Partnership Award” for ten years of 100% compliance with local, state, and federal pretreatment regulations, by The City of Fort Worth Water Department.  The award recognizes industry forerunners, who have used creativity and innovation to minimize by-product waste, protect water quality and preserve precious environmental resources.
• Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas, operated by ARAMARK Harrison Lodging, has received the Pollution Prevention Award from the Utah Pollution Prevention Association and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.  The property has implemented a successful recycling program for paper, glass, plastic and metals.  Initiatives include minimizing packaging and using returnable delivery boxes.
• ARAMARK facility services operate at Oregon State University and Northwest Missouri State University where top honors were awarded in the national RecycleMania competition.  RecycleMania challenges colleges and universities to collect recyclables over a ten-week period.
• ARAMARK Harrison Lodging (AHL) has been recognized with two prestigious awards for environmental stewardship.  The 2006 Environmental Achievement Award was received from the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) and a 2006 Governor's Pride in Arizona Award from Arizona Clean and Beautiful.

2005

• Joe Neubauer, chairman and CEO of ARAMARK, was presented with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars of the Smithsonian Institution. The award is given to business leaders who have “inherited Woodrow Wilson’s commitment to scholarship, public discourse, and the promotion of knowledge in the United States and around the world.”
• ARAMARK was named Corporate Sponsor of the Year by the Los Angeles chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

• Jennifer Tracy, Director of Staffing and College Relations, received a Founders Award from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund. The award was given in recognition of her efforts to support and coordinate activities for the Fund’s Leadership Institute, an annual career-preparation conference for students at public Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country.
• ARAMARK Executive Chairman Joe Neubauer received an Award of Excellence from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund on May 6, 2004, honoring his professional and community contributions.
• Alaskans for Litter Prevention and Recycling gave its Outstanding Business Recycler award for 2003 to Denali concessionaires Denali Park Resorts and Doyon/ARAMARK for a comprehensive recycling and waste reduction program in Denali National Park.
• ARAMARK renewed a $300,000 scholarship fund to The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) for students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in Culinary Arts Management or Baking and Pastry Arts Management. For the next 10 years, one CIA student each year will receive $30,000 toward tuition. ARAMARK has been supporting scholarships at the CIA since 1981.

2007

• ARAMARK is ranked No. 22 among "The 35 Largest Private U.S. Companies" by FORTUNE magazine.
• Recognized for executive management, employee management and development, and outsourcing experience, ARAMARK was named to The Global Outsourcing 100 list for the third consecutive year. Compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, the list appeared in FORTUNE magazine.
• ARAMARKCollegeRelations.com, a recruitment website for interns and college grads, received an award for "Outstanding Achievement in Employment" from the Interactive Media Council, which recognizes excellence in website design and development.

• In FORTUNE magazine's 2008 list of "America's Most Admired Companies," ARAMARK was ranked number one in its industry, consistently ranking since 1998 as one of the top three most admired companies in its industry as evaluated by peers and analysts.

• Recognized for excellence in culinary research and development, Chef Paul Carr, ARAMARK Senior Director of Culinary Development, received the 2008 Nation’s Restaurant News MenuMasters Award as Chef/Innovator of the Year.  MenuMasters are bestowed upon only a handful of people and programs each year that are influencing the culinary world.

• ARAMARK was named to InformationWeek 500's list of Information Technology Innovators for the sixth consecutive year. The list recognizes leadership in the use of technology in delivering world-class experiences and outcomes for clients.
• Named the 2007 Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) "Corporate Champion." A founder of MFHA, ARAMARK is a member of the MFHA Board of Directors and other prominent committees, is a founding sponsor of the Women of Color initiative and promotes foodservice and hospitality careers to urban and minority students through MFHA Showcase of the Stars events around the country. MFHA chooses only one "Corporate Champion" each year.
• In FORTUNE magazine's list of "America's Most Admired Companies," ARAMARK has consistently ranked since 1998 as one of the top three most admired companies in its industry as evaluated by peers and industry analysts.
• For the second consecutive year, ARAMARK has been named to The Global Outsourcing 100 list. The list is compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and recognizes companies that provide the best service world wide and meet the standard for excellence in customer service, management capabilities and a breadth of competencies. The list will appear in a special section of the April 2007 issue of FORTUNE magazine.

2006 

• SeamlessWeb was named to Inc. magazine's list of 500 fastest-growing private companies.   This is the third year that SeamlessWeb has made the list.  The list recognizes revenue growth from 2002 through 2005. 
• ARAMARK was named to InformationWeek 500's list of Information Technology Innovators for the fifth consecutive year.  The list recognizes leadership in the use of technology in delivering world-class experiences and outcomes for clients.
• SeamlessWeb was named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program for the New York region.   SeamlessWeb qualified for the list for the second consecutive year.  To qualify companies must have had revenues of at least $50,000 in 2001 and $5 million in 2005. 
• SeamlessWeb was recognized by Time magazine as one of the 50 coolest web sites.  Other companies recognized include Google, Digg, YouTube and MySpace.
• ARAMARK Ranked Among Top Ten Service Providers in the Global Outsourcing 100.  The Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s top outsourcing service providers and is based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judge’s panel.
• ARAMARK was ranked number one in its industry in the 2006 FORTUNE 500 survey.
• ARAMARK ranked among the Forbes Global 2000, a listing of the world’s most powerful public companies.
• In FORTUNE magazine's 2006 list of "America's Most Admired Companies," ARAMARK was ranked number one in its industry, consistently ranking since 1998 as one of the top three most admired companies in its industry as evaluated by peers and industry analysts.
• ARAMARK was listed on the Forbes Platinum 400, an exclusive list of the best big companies in America. The list is developed through a rigorous selection process that includes a review of companies' financial performance against their industry peers in one of 26 industry groups.

• People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) awarded ARAMARK with the first ever "Proggy" (short for "Progress") award to a company in the food service industry. PETA gave ARAMARK high marks for catering to the expanding vegetarian market.

• ARAMARK placed 294 on the 2005 Barron’s 500. The ranking looks at a universe of the biggest 500 firms by sales in the United States and Canada.
• ARAMARK ranked among the top half of the Forbes Global 2000, a listing of the world’s most powerful public companies.
• For fourth consecutive year, ARAMARK named to InformationWeek 500, a listing of companies recognized for innovative information technology practices.
• ARAMARK’s Just4U program, which offers healthier menu choices for customers in business, healthcare and higher education organizations, received the Best Customer Service Concept award from Food Management magazine, one of the premier publications of the food industry.
• ARAMARK was ranked number one in its industry in the 2005 FORTUNE 500 survey.
• The 12 Spot and U.B.U. Lounge, ARAMARK dining concepts for K-12 schools that incorporate a fresh sense of food, atmosphere and fun, have earned a 2005 MenuMasters Award for Best On-site Menu from Nation’s Restaurant News.
• ARAMARK was named one of "America's Most Admired Companies" by FORTUNE magazine, consistently ranking since 1998 as one of the top three most admired companies in its industry as evaluated by peers.
• ARAMARK's TEAM CASUAL line of business-casual wear won a 2005 UNIVATOR Award for Best Redesign of an Existing Product Line. This award is presented by Uniform Market News, recognizing excellence in uniform design and manufacture.

• ARAMARK named to InformationWeek 500 for advancement of innovative technology practices. This is the third consecutive year ARAMARK named to this list.
• At the 2004 annual Catalog Awards for direct marketers, sponsored by the Direct Marketing Association and Catalog Age magazine, ARAMARK continued its tradition of winning in several categories. At the 2004 awards:
  • ARAMARK won a Silver Award in the Business Clothing category for its Outerwear Buyer's Guide. ARAMARK was also a finalist in the Business Clothing category for its Fall Buyer’s Guide.
  • Galls won a Silver Award in the Business Specialty category for its Law Enforcement Buyers Guide.
  • Galls won a Silver Award in the New Business Catalog category for its Galls Brand Products catalog.
• In March 2004, the Research Chefs Association presented ARAMARK a 2004 Menu Innovation Award for Rolletto’s, a hand held pizza item from the Club Fast-Track collection. The ARAMARK culinary team competed against McDonald’s (McGriddle), Subway (Atkins Wrap), and Burger King (baguette sandwich) for this award.
• Matt Burton, Senior Culinary Development Chef, ARAMARK Culinary Solutions, recently became only the 51st Certified Research Chef in the United States, as designated by the Research Chefs Association. Burton, based in Philadelphia, is also a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Hospitality Educator, placing him in a select group of chefs holding triple culinary certification.
• ARAMARK Club Fast-Track’s Rolletto’s hand-held pizza wraps won the Research Chef Association’s Menu Innovation Award, beating out entries from several top restaurant industry heavyweights, including McDonald’s McGriddle, Subway’s Atkins Wrap and Burger King’s Baguette sandwich.
